Open Position: KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence
The KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence at the University of Cyprus announces two (2) Special Scientists for Research (Research Associate and/or Research Engineer) positions, focusing on quantifying the resilience value of long duration energy storage (LDES) in renewable-dominated energy systems, for full-time employment. The successful candidates will provide technical and research support in research projects funded mainly by Horizon Europe, including the project PowerMAX (Maximizing Grid Integration and Optimization of Long Duration Energy Storage to synergize Revenue Streams), as well as national or industry-funded projects.
