Evaluation Survey of the Internationalization Strategy Advisory Services (ISAS) on Participating Institution

“Evaluation Survey of the Internationalization Strategy Advisory Services (ISAS) on Participating Institution” was published by IAU and CIHE Boston College.

Internationalization is a priority of higher education institutions. The International Association of Universities (IAU) offers an advisory service (ISAS) to institutions to advance their internationalization efforts. The Evaluation survey was conducted to gauge the efficacy of the ISAS advisory services on the internationalization efforts of member universities. Data was initially collected through an online survey, and participants were also invited to a voluntary, semi-structured interview. Findings suggest that ISAS is a valuable instrument for universities wishing to develop, progress, or revise their internationalization policies. The results may have implications for shaping ISAS’s future advisory practices, for serving as a benchmark for progress for participating institutions, and for informing future policymaking about institutional internationalization efforts.
