Call for participation: EUA Institutional Evaluation Programme expert pool

The call is open to current or former rectors and vice-rectors/presidents and vice-presidents with proven leadership experience and strong knowledge of European and international higher education developments. Evaluation experience and fluency in English are required.

Particular consideration will be given to applicants from Denmark, Italy, France, Poland, Georgia, the Czech Republic and Greece working in the humanities and social sciences, as well as to candidates with experience in European Universities alliances. In building the pool, EUA will pay attention to ensuring balanced geographic and disciplinary representation. The age limit for pool members is 72 years.

Pool members participate in a two-day Annual Seminar (attendance required) and serve on international peer review teams conducting institutional and alliance evaluations, including online meetings, site visits and contribution to evaluation reports.

Candidates are invited to complete the online application form and submit a CV by 10 April 2026 (23.59 CEST). The EUA-IEP Steering Committee will inform applicants of the outcome by mid-May 2026.
