Applications Open: IAU Executive Leadership Programme 2026-27
The IAU Executive Leadership Programme (ELP) provides university leaders a framework with which to confront the big managerial, ethical, economic and societal questions universities face.
The IAU is pleased to open applications for the IAU Executive Leadership Programme (ELP) 2026-2027 Cohort.
The 2026-2027 cohort will begin immediately following the IAU 17th General Conference in Perth, Australia and will continue through the IAU 2027 International Conference to be held in Autumn 2027. The ELP will meet in person and online over the course of one year. Each module is complimented by Action Leadership Groups, separated into current and emerging leaders for true peer-to-peer exchange.

Applications will open on 16 February 2026
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis
Applications will close on 18 September 2026
Modules 1-3 will take place from 6-8 November 2026 onsite at Murdoch University in Perth Australia immediately following the IAU 17th General Conference
Modules 4-10 will take place online between November 2026
Modules 11-13 will take place in autumn 2027 onsite immmediately following the IAU 2027 International Conference
