Simon/Peter is a Consultant and a teacher in Educational & Information Technology. He graduated from a doctoral study in Information Technology from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology in Cape Town, South Africa and also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Technology from the University of Cape Town in Cape Town, South Africa. His research interests include rhizomatic learning, characteristics of 21st Century Education, distance education, Educational Management Information Systems (EMIS).
