Raphael is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Open Learning programmes, School of Open and Distance Learning, Open Distance and e-Learning Campus. He has 13 years’ experience in programmes management, teaching, research and evaluation at the University level. Raphael has also assisted in developing various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes for School of Open and Distance Learning (SODL) and University of Nairobi Institute of Tropical and Infectious Diseases (UNITID) in his area of specialization. The most current programme being a two year Fellowship programme in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E).
