Higher Education Policy is an international, peer-reviewed journal that focuses on issues of significance in higher education policy. The journal publishes original analyses, whether theoretical, empirical or practice-based. The range of coverage extends from case studies of developments in individual institutions, to broad examination of policy-making at the system, national and regional levels.

About this edition:

Volume 37 Issue 2 of Higher Education Policy covered issues such as the college admission policy evolution from 2003 to 2020 in China, undestanding cancel culture in higher education in the Arab world, and the establishment of American-style universities in post-conflict societies. In addition to these topics, brain drain and brain gain, how ECTS changes the idea desired student conduct, and the relationship bewteen student funding policies and student labour were analysed.
