Mohamed Loutfi is the current President and Vice-Chancellor of the British University in Egypt, prior to which he held the post of the Vice-Chancellor’s Special Envoy at Coventry University and served as the inaugural President of the Knowledge Hub, Coventry University’s branch campus in Egypt. He has multiple international roles of responsibility, including ambassador to the Observatory of Magna Charta Universitatum of Fundamental University Values and Rights, vice-president of the board of the Arab European Leadership Network in Higher Education ARELEN.
