Kate is the leader of the Digital Learning for Change Research Group in the Faculty of Creative Industries, Education and Social Justice. She is also the Research Engagement Leader for VISER in the Research Infrastructure portfolio and gives priority to researching the processes of learning and teaching, particularly with technology. She is the leader of the Digital Learning for Change (DL4C) Research Group and is one of the lead editors of the Australasian Journal of Educational Technology.
