Working Group on Sustainable Development
The IAU Working Group on Sustainable Development provides strategic advice and informs the overall direction of the sustainable development priority area. They ensure that the sustainable development priority area maintains synergies with the other IAU strategic priorities, specifically internationalization and the digital transformation of higher education. Equally, its recommendations respect the overall vision, mission, values and strategic plan of IAU. Jouhaina Gherib, President, University of Manouba, Tunisia chairs the Sustainable Development Working Group, while Hilligje van't Land, IAU Secretary General and Isabel Toman, Senior Programme Officer for Sustainable Development represent the IAU Secretariat.
