Dr. Enzo Maria Le Fevre, Ph.D. is Head of Sector of the Digital Workplace Information Management Sector within the European Commission's Directorate General for Digital Services (DG DIGIT), where he leads initiatives on digital collaborative tools. He serves as a Senior Research Fellow on international digital governance practices at the Laboratory on Innovation and Artificial Intelligence, University of Buenos Aires, Adjunct Professor of Ethics and Artificial Intelligence at the Pontifical University of Salamanca, and Senior Lecturer of Diplomacy and Negotiation at LUISS University in Italy. Dr. Le Fevre holds a Master in Artificial Intelligence for Public Services from the Polytechnic of Madrid and Polytechnic of Milan, a Ph.D. in International and European Studies focusing on international law and theory of the state, and a postgraduate specialization in International Law and Public Law. His current research focuses on digital public services and the adoption of emerging technologies in the public sector.
