Craig Pettifor is an Australian software engineer with a Bachelor of Computer Science currently overseeing the IAU's hardware and software systems. He has experience with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, database management, and software development. He works closely with the IAU Secretariat to support global higher education initiatives, with a current focus on migrating systems to the cloud and modernising the World Higher Education Database.
