Copernicus Alliance

The COPERNICUS Alliance is a European network of universities and colleges committed to transformational learning and change for sustainable development. Through engagements and partnerships with civil society, it aims to re-orient higher education programmes and research towards sustainable development.

The COPERNICUS Alliance is an Affiliate Member of the IAU. Having signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the IAU to work on Higher Education and Research for Sustainable Development (HESD), it is a key partner in IAU’s Working Group on Sustainable Development.
