Balkhisse Aidara is an accounting and administrative officer at the International Association of Universities (IAU). She previously completed an internship in accounting at the United Nations Office in Geneva, where she gained hands-on experience with UN financial systems and international accounting standards in a multilateral environment. She also worked as an accounting and administrative assistant in two companies in France, strengthening her skills in financial reporting, accounting processes, and administrative management. She holds a double Master’s degree in Audit and Management Control from Paris School of Business (PSB), France and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Science from MBA Ecole Superieure de Gestion (MBA ESG), Senegal.

Balkhisse is passionate about finance and institutional management and has developed solid experience across both international organisations and the private sector. She speaks French, English, Wolof, and Arabic.
