The Global Convention on the Recognition of Qualifications concerning Higher Education, adopted in November 2019 at the UNESCO General Conference, has been hailed as a multilateral milestone, a collective move towards democratizing knowledge, and an enabler of a fluid circulation of talent and global trust in higher education.

This webinar wishes to discuss the potential of the Global Convention within the current political, cultural and economic context and explore the implementation process and data provision needed for its successful application on a global scale.
